A second defendant, Tyrice M. Hudson, 42, faces felony charges of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and four felony bail-jumping counts. If convicted of all charges, he faces a $60,000 fine and 67 years in prison.

According to the criminal complaint:
Officers with the Racine Police Department’s Gang and Special Investigations units executed a search warrant at 2856 Crossbridge Drive after they had learned that Blair was selling drugs from the residence.

Blair was located in a bedroom, sleeping with a plastic bag that had a torn off corner in his hand and a marijuana cigar on the floor by the bed. The cigar tested positive for marijuana with a total weight of .8 grams.

Next to the cigar was a paper ledger showing numbers that officers believed was a record of money owed to Blair. An open box of sandwich baggies and a digital scale also were found, along with a digital scale and a blender in the kitchen with cocaine in it.
Blair told police that he works “on the streets” and that he was “moving a little weed here and there.”

On a coffee table, police found .6 grams of marijuana, a folder dollar bill that contained cocaine, a jar in the living room that contained cocaine, a digital scale with a white residue and an open box of sandwich baggies. ice Police Police

Hudson also was in possession of a cell phone that showed messaging evidence of drug sales.
