The Junior League of Racine each year contributes money to the community through the Special Aids Grant Program. These allocated funds relate to the Junior League’s mission and vision to invest in programs that enhance the well-being of women and children in Racine County.

Nonprofit organizations (usually referred to as 501c3 groups) in Racine County are invited to apply for a Special Aids Grant of up to $500. More than one grant may be awarded to an organization. Applications are available at and must be submitted by Wednesday, Oct. 31.

Junior League of Racine is celebrating over 100 years of service to the Racine area. It has approximately 200 members, all who contribute their volunteered time and talents to better the community and reflect a wide range of backgrounds, interests and professional pursuits.

Junior League of Racine members share a common bond: The belief that they can make a difference. Members give over 2,000 uncompensated hours annually to the Racine community.
