A series of undercover drug purchases earlier this year led to six felony charges being filed Wednesday against a 57-year-old Racine woman.

Kimberly D. Baugh is charged with three felony counts of delivery of a schedule I or II narcotic/possession with intent to deliver and three felony counts of maintaining a drug-trafficking place.

If convicted of all the charges, Baugh faces a total fine of $180,000 and 55 years, six months in prison.

According to the criminal complaint: Officers with the Racine County Sheriff’s Office Metro Drug Unit made controlled drug purchases with the use of a confidential informant on three separate occasions.

On Feb. 7 and March 7, the informant met Baugh at 1106 Hamilton St. and purchased 105 Oxycodone pills. The third transaction for 100 Oxycodone pills happened April 6 at the same Hamilton Street address.

Baugh is due back in court Oct. 24 for an 8:30 a.m. preliminary hearing.
