A third defendant allegedly involved in a robbery in February in Mount Pleasant was charged Friday with five criminal charges.

Dyvonn B. Rasmussen, 19, Seymour, is charged with felony counts of robbery with the use of force, two counts of personal identification theft and intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child, along with a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent.

The felonies carry a total fine of $80,000 and 33 years in prison, while the misdemeanor carries a fine of $10,000 and nine months in jail.

Court records indicate that a $75,000 arrest warrant was issued for Rasmussen in March.

Two co-defendants, Dashaneil Smith and Peter Smith, have jury trials scheduled in Racine County Circuit Court. Dashaneil Smith will stand trial beginning Dec. 11, while Peter Smith’s trial is set to begin Jan. 22.

Dashaneil Smith is charged with felony counts of robbery with use of force, second-degree sexual assault of a child younger than 16, intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child, two counts of personal ID theft for a financial gain as a party to a crime, six counts of bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle without owner’s consent.

He faces a total fine of $240,000 and 103 years and nine months in prison.

Peter Smith is charged with felony counts of robbery with use of force as a party to a crime, two counts of ID theft, one count of operating a vehicle without owner’s consent and count of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child as a party to a crime.

Peter Smith faces a total fine of $90,000 and 36 years, six months in prison.

According to the criminal complaint: Mount Pleasant police were dispatched to Pick N Save, 2820 S. Green Bay Road, where they met with an 88-year-old woman, who stated that her purse had been taken by one of three males who approached her in the parking lot.

Police later learned that one of the victim’s debit cards was used at a Walgreens in Racine to purchase a gift card. A 16-year-old female and a male were identified on surveillance video as they made the purchase. Green Bay police spoke with the female, who stated she was with the defendants during a number of thefts in Racine. The female also told police that she and Dashaneil had sexual intercourse Feb. 16.
