Just when you thought we were out of the woods with winter weather, the National Weather Service has issued another winter weather advisory for Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning.
An additional two to five inches of snow and ice are expected from 9 a.m. Tuesday through 6 a.m. Wednesday in portions of south-central and southeast Wisconsin.
“Plan on slippery road conditions,” according to officials with the National Weather Service. “The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.”
Winter conditions may cause travel difficulties.
“Expect slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 511,” according to the press release.
