COVID-19 vaccination updates for April 26:

• Beginning tomorrow, the DHS Community-Based Vaccination Clinic at Regency Mall is allowing walk-ins. People DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT to go to the Regency Mall clinic. If people want to register prior to going to Regency Mall, go to Wisconsin Vaccine Registry – https://vaccinate.wi.gov. Walk-Ins are also welcome at the City of Racine’s Vaccination Clinic at Festival Hall.
• There are many COVID-19 vaccine options in Racine County, most of which have open appointments. The CDC Vaccine Finder can be found at https://vaccinefinder.org. We strongly urge all residents age 16 and older to get vaccinated.
• The DHS Community-Based Vaccination Clinic at Regency Mall is offering employers and community organizations the opportunity to reserve blocks of time for staff, membership and their families to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Businesses or organizations interested should contact the Central Racine County Health Department (262-898-4460) or City of Racine Public Health Department (262-636-9201) for more details. Businesses may be eligible for a tax credit for providing paid vaccination leave.

• As of today, April 26, 38.6 percent of Racine County residents have received at least one dose, while 28.0 percent of Racine County residents have completed the vaccine series.

COVID Testing

• The Wisconsin National Guard continues to conduct drive-thru COVID-19 testing at Festival Hall in the City of Racine on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pre-register by visiting https://register.covidconnect.wi.gov/en-US/. Health care providers and pharmacies also continue to provide COVID tests. For community testing locations, call 211 or visit the Wisconsin Department of Health Services’ community testing page.
