This January, the white bean chili can be your go-to lunch or dinner. It may take three-and-a-half hours to make, but little preparation and tending to the dish is needed. It’s a versatile chili as substitutions can be made and other items can be incorporated. Try substituting quinoa, buckwheat or brown rice for the millet for a fun twist.
