Obituary for Natalie M. DeGroot
October 15, 2019 – May 25, 2023
Natalie M. DeGroot, 3, of Kansasville, Wis., passed away peacefully in her parents’ arms at Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee on May 25.

Natalie was born on Oct. 15, 2019, to Kevin and Amanda DeGroot. She was beautiful, lively, funny, smart, just an extraordinary little girl! Even at her young age, she knew how to make people laugh, she was happy and vivacious. She will be missed by all, but especially her sister Gracie and her cat Mauwe. Gracie and Natalie shared a deep love for each other and Natalie will continue to watch over Gracie and be her guardian angel.
Natalie is survived by her loving parents, Kevin and Amanda DeGroot; sister, Gracie; grandparents, Ken and Angela DeGroot, Troy and Joanie Shea, Deana and Vance Henke; aunts and uncles, Ken and Jennifer DeGroot, Ryan and Taran Shea, Victoria and Thomas Bias; cousins, Landon DeGroot, Ryley and Alexa Shea; great-great-grandmother, Jenniev Sodman; great-grandmother, Fran Deden.
Natalie is preceded in death by her great-grandparents, James and Carol DeGroot, Leonard and Irene Deden; Bob Shea, Dorothy Satterfield, Elaine Sodman Zeman, Albert Sodman, and great-uncle Dan Deden.
Services
An open house celebration of Natalie’s life will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 3:20 p.m. on June 3 at the Integrity Celebrations Center.
The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff and especially the nurses at Children’s Hospital of Milwaukee, your kind and compassionate care to Natalie and the entire family will never be forgotten.
