Obituary for Jerome ‘Jerry’ J. Schramek
March 15, 1938 – June 20, 2023
Jerome “Jerry” J. Schramek, 85, of Caledonia, passed away on June 20.
Jerry was born in Milwaukee, Wis., on March 15, 1938, to Jerome and Agnes (nee: Vampovac) Schramek.
He was a proud member of Milwaukee Teamsters Local 200, retiring as a truck driver for Kohl’s Foods in 2001. After retirement, he continued working at the Manheim Auto Auction which he loved. Jerry was a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan and enjoyed following all Wisconsin sports.
On Aug. 28, 2008, he was united in marriage to LeAnn Mullarky in Las Vegas, sharing a total of 33 years together.
Jerry is survived by his beloved wife LeAnn Schramek; children, Suzanne (Bob) Enghofer, Jim (Jennifer) Schramek, Jeff Schramek, Mike (Kiersten) Schramek, and Lisa Schramek; stepchildren, Eric (Kindra) Mullarky, Shaun (Kelly) Mullarky, Ryan (Jen) Mullarky, and Caitlin (Scott) Mullarky; and 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Jerry was preceded in death by his daughter Lori; parents; and brother, Richard Schramek.
Services
A visitation for Jerry will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on June 30 at Purath-Strand Funeral Home. Private family inurnment will take place.
