The southbound lanes on I-94 near HIghway 20 were closed for over an hour after a semi tipped over due to high winds, but they are now open, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

The two southbound lanes were closed at 2:50 p.m. and re-opened at about 4:15 p .m. Traffic was at about 31 to 49 mph at 4:35 p.m.
