Almost a dozen brave and talented young people from the greater Racine area sang and danced for an enthusiastic crowd Saturday during the second annual Racine’s Got Talent show at the Dr. John Bryant Center.

Shekaah Moore nabbed top honors, and Christina Pringle was named the first runner-up as determined by the judges: City of Racine Mayor John Dickert,Enrique “Mag” Rodriguez, Riggs and Nathan Graham from KISS FM, Tom Tuttle from Jerstad-Agerholm, and April Dovorany from CBS 58 News.

In addition to being a showcase for area youth, the talent show was also a fundraiser for the arts and music programs the Bryant Center offers.

A final tally was not available immediately following the show, but early estimates suggest the show raised about $400.
