At least one person went to the hospital Thursday evening in a three-car accident at the intersection of Washington and Roosevelt Avenues.
Witnesses say a blue car was turning north onto Roosevelt from Washington. A tan car traveling west at a high rate of speed hit the blue car, causing the blue car to spin. A red car was also involved because it was hit by the blue car while the blue car was out of control.
The driver in the blue car was transported to the hospital, and we are told the driver of the tan car may have also been injured.
We do have messages into the Racine Police Department about this incident, and we will update this story when we get additional details.
