Racine Police are searching for three men suspected of pistol-whipping two people inside their home at 10:53 p.m. Monday during a robbery. Officers were initially called to a home in the 2100 block of Fairview Trail for a report of someone being shot and killed. When officers arrived on scene, however,  they found that shots had been fired, but no one was struck or killed. Rather, they found that the two residents had been beaten. At the time of the robbery there were five people inside at the time when three Hispanic men came into the home. With guns drawn, the two adults refused to give the men money demanded and the residents were beaten with a handgun. The incident is still under investigation. Anyone with information can leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at (262) 636-9330, or by texting their tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Text message should begin with RACS.
