The Racine County Courthouse peregrine falcons will welcome four new babies in the coming weeks, and residents can keep an eye on them through the Falcon Cam.

Peregrine falcon expert Greg Septon told The Journal Times that the babies are expected to hatch by Mother’s Day, and the parents are the same pair who have called the courthouse home the last few years.

Both parents participate in keeping the eggs warm, he added.

To access the Falcon Cam, visit the county website at and click “Falcon Cam” under the letter “F” in the top navigation.
