There is still time to get your 4th of July parade application in… but hurry. Parade applications must be postmarked by May 31 and no applications will be accepted after June 7. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for applications postmarked after May 31. Absolutely no applications will be accepted after June 7.

This year’s Fourth Fest Parade will be held on WednesdayJuly 4th beginning at 9 a.m. immediately following the pre-Parade, which begins at 8:30 a.m. The parade route is about two and a half miles long and takes approximately 2 hours to complete.

“A Storybook Parade!” is the theme for the 2018 Fourth of July parade.

“This year’s theme invokes childhood memories of going to the bookmobile to check out books and fanciful tales of prince and princesses, poky little puppies and trains that could,” commented David Maack, 4th Fest president. “This year’s parade should delight both young and old!”

The parade will be broadcast live on WCGV, channel 24-Milwaukee and simulcast on the internet.

Parade applications are available online at www.racine4thfest.org.
