CALEDONIA, WI – Motorists who usually take 6 Mile Road near Highway 32 will need to take a different route starting Monday.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is notifying motorists of the closure, which is due to utility relocations. The road is expected to be closed from Monday through Nov. 11. But the timeframe for the closure could change because the work is dependant on the weather, according to a press release by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

“An official detour will be posted along the nearby WIS 31 and WIS 32 connection to return to 6 Mile Road,” the press release reads.
