Aurora Employer Solutions, the employer-focused service offering of Aurora Health Care, has added Andrea Kiemen-Rognsvoog, CIC, CINHC to support the health and wellness needs of the business community in the Racine, Kenosha and Northern Illinois markets.

Kiemen-Rognsvoog is a 20-year veteran with wellness leadership, insurance sales and integrative nutrition health coach experience. She will serve as a market sales executive and will work with employers to provide customized solutions to support their health management needs. Employer health and wellness programs are growing in popularity as employers look for ways to manage health care costs and provide employees with essential health care benefits.

She will work with employers of all sizes to identify wellness services that fit the needs of their employees, such as assessment programs, onsite clinics, smoking cessation initiatives, drug and alcohol screening programs, and more.

Prior to her role at Aurora Employer Solutions, Kiemen-Rognsvoog held positions at AndreaKR Wellness, a wellness company she owned and operated, Johnson Insurance and Travelers Insurance. Kiemen-Rognsvoog is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Kenosha.
