Patrol officer Erin Laehr was promoted from patrol officer to detective by the Caledonia Police Department. Laerhr has been a member of the department for 10 years. The department added Laerhr to the roster due to a vacancy.

The Radisson Hotel Racine Harbourwalk, a hotel owned by Minneapolis-based Graves Hospitality Corp., is dropping the Radisson brand and will operate the hotel independently.
