RACINE, WI — Firefighters were called to the Fifth Street Boat Launch Tuesday morning in Racine for a report of a boat fire.

The boat appeared to catch fire near the dock area of the boat launch. By the time firefighters were called to the scene, the boat was fully engulfed in flames and the smoke could be seen for miles.
