A man was taken to Froedtert Hospital after a helicopter crash that happened near Highway 20 and Highway 75 at 11:20 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, according to a press release by the Racine County Sheriff’s Department.

The man flying the helicopter, which had been crop dusting in the area, was talking. However, Kansasville Fire and Rescue transported the man back to their fire department where Flight for Life transport him to Froedtert.

“The injuries are unknown at this time, but appear to be non-life threatening,” accord to the press release. “No one else was injured and there were no other occupants in the hospital.”
