RACINE, WI – A 54-year-old man was shot in the leg at 3:49 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Center Street.

The man, whose name has not been released, has been taken to Ascension-All Saints Hospital for treatment, according to a press release by the Racine Police Department.

Officers with the Racine Police Department are searching for the shooting suspect, who has not been taken into custody. Officers are still on scene investigating the incident.

Racine Police investigators are interested in any additional information that anyone may have about this crime.  Any witnesses, or citizens with information, are urged to call the Racine Police Department Investigations Unit at (262) 635-7756.
