A 19-year-old Burlington man was charged Wednesday in Racine County Circuit Court with four counts of felony sexual assault of a 13-year-old boy.

Each of the felonies filed against Tyler L. Esposito carries a fine of $100,000 and 40 years in prison.

According to the criminal complaint: A Burlington police officer spoke with the boy, who stated there were two forced oral sex incidents, once forced rape and forced kissing.

The boy told police that the first contact with the defendant happened in the woods off a bike path in Burlington. Esposito told the boys there was a “stash” in the woods, but once they got into the woods, the defendant performed oral sex on him.

During the same interview, the victim stated the two had contact in Wenhoff park and “did everything,” along with another instance in his house. A fourth instance happened when Esposito was working on a house.

Esposito told police that he and the boy had performed oral sex on each other three times, once at the park and twice at the victim’s house. He stated it happened while they were dating during the spring and summer of this year.

The defendant is due back in court Nov. 1 for an 8:30 a.m. preliminary hearing.
