Over 40 Racine-area businesses attended a workshop on how to grow their small business on Friday morning. Racine County Eye and Miss Social sponsored the event, which featured Tom Palzewicz, of Action Coach. Attendees learned how to increase their profits by using growth strategies, which included everything from increasing their sales leads to reducing their margins. Palzewicz also underscored the need for business owners to work on their business strategy, not just in your business.
