A Caledonia man claims that the Milwaukee Wave and CEO Sue Black owe him more than $150,000, according to a story on WISN Channel 12.

Thomas Phillips loaned Black $200,000 after she became the CEO in 2013. Phillips also loaned Black $10,000 as a short-term loan to help meet payroll for the team. Black and the team haven’t made arrangements to pay back the money, according to court documents.

A promotional company is also named as a plaintiff, which alleges they haven’t been compensated for $42,000 in promotional merchandise.
