The car was in a ditch on the southeast side of Highway 38 and a pickup truck was on the west side of Higwhway 38. The driver of the car looked to be standing just outside the car, but the driver of the truck was still inside.
“The officer looked like he was talking to the driver of the truck in the picture,” said Jim Tyyska.
The cause of the crash is still being investigated, we’ll update the story when we get more information.
