Caledonia police are asking for the public’s help finding three theft suspects who stole guns and groceries last month from two different stores.

On Nov. 3, officers were called to Kmart, 5141 Douglas Avenue, for a report of a theft. When police arrived, witnesses said two men stole BB guns and when confronted by security, one of the suspects reached toward his waistband as if he was armed.

Suspect #1 is described as (photo attached):

  • Black male
  • Early 20s
  • 5’9″ and 175 pounds
  • Shoulder-length dread locks with bleached tips
  • Grey and red winter coat and camouflage pants

Suspect #2 is described as:

  • Black male
  • Early 20s
  • 5’10” and 175 pounds
  • Black hair
  • Black jacket and camouflage pants

The second crime occurred Nov. 14 at Pick ‘n Save, 5111 Douglas Avenue, when a male suspect used the self-checkout to scan some items but left the store without paying for the groceries.

Witnesses described the suspect as (photo attached):

  • White male
  • 21 to 25 years old
  • Shaved head
  • Maroon hoodie, grey undershirt and tan pants

This suspect was with a younger male with black hair who wore a black hoodie, grey pants and black shoes.
