April 24 @ 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Mark your calendars for Sat., Apr. 24 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. for Downtown Racine’s first-ever Candy Hop and Scavenger Hunt. Bring the family for a day of free candy giveaways and a fun scavenger hunt for kids of all ages to enjoy. Over 30 participating businesses will pass out candy and welcome participants to their shops and restaurants.

Free bags that you can use to fill with candy and Candy Hop maps will be available at the Downtown Racine Corp. office (425 Main St). Kids will also have the opportunity to participate in a self-guided candy-themed scavenger hunt. Those who return their completed map to the DRC office will be entered to win one of three kid’s prize packs. Maps must be returned to the DRC office by 4 p.m. on Apr. 24.

“We are excited to offer a new family-friendly event in Downtown which will showcase our outstanding shops and restaurants,” said Kelly Kruse, Executive Director of the DRC.
