Peacemakers and Activists:
We are looking forward to helping in any way we can our sisters and brothers in Kenosha. Here is the latest update with some idea of what the day will consist of. SEE BELOW. Will you be joining us? Will you be driving? Will you have a friend with you? Can you take another person with you? Do you need a ride? Do let me know. Ideally, we would have a bunch of cars for the Caravan.

Peace Caravans will leave the following cities from the Peace Day gatherings at the sights and times listed below:
Madison – Hawthorne Public Library – 2707 E. Washington Ave. – 9 a.m.
Janesville – Parking Lot at 2900 Deerfield Dr. – 10 a.m.
Delavan – Tower Park – 117 Park Pl. – 10:45 a.m.
Milwaukee – Parking Lot at 633 S. Hawley Rd. – 10 a.m.
Racine – 1-94 & Hwy 20 (Exit 333) Petro Station – 11 a.m.
Supplies will be available to help decorate car or windows.
The caravans will arrive at Grace Lutheran Church – 2006 60th St. in Kenosha at about noon.
Joining with Kenosha residents, volunteers will engage in community clean-up projects & voter engagement work. At around 3:30pm, the caravans will travel through parts of Kenosha and will arrive at Immanuel United Methodist Church at 5410 Sheridan Road to share an outdoor supper with Kenosha residents.
Rain Date: Monday, September 28th – Same time schedule
All are welcome! Safe distancing and mask wearing will be required. Wear weather appropriate clothing to work in and if you can, bring work gloves. Bring your own lunch and water bottle if you can. Snacks and refreshments will also be available. Non-perishable food or cash donations to the food pantry will be appreciated.
