Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired in these COVID-19 times? The Racine Family YMCA invites all in the community to participate in a free six-week STRONG challenge designed to help transform spirit, mind, and body. Now, more than ever before we need to recharge and refocus. The COVID-19 pandemic has worn us down and isolated us in so many ways.  This challenge provides an opportunity to get active and healthier by yourself or as a Strong family.

What is the STRONG Challenge?

–Dates: Monday, Nov. 2nd and Sunday, Dec. 13th, 2020

–Commitment: 20 minutes per day, five days per week for six weeks to participate in home workouts, challenges, healthy activities and more based on our weekly themes. On Nov. 2nd, Week One’s theme will be setting GOALS.

–Post STRONG activities on our Facebook event page with videos and photos and track on the STRONG Challenge Tracking Form (provided)

–Feel recharged in Spirit, Mind and Body!

–Participants are automatically entered into a drawing for a FREE three-month membership in 2021!

Sign up at and to learn more about the STRONG Challenge and all of the available activities. Everyone in the community is also invited to workout wherever you are, taking free YMCA live Zoom online classes and participate in a variety of activities. Sign up for all six week or at any time!
