The list of stores closed on Thanksgiving continues to grow, and many of them are located in the greater-Racine area.
Retailers and mall locations have been catching heat the last several years for opening their doors on Thanksgiving to get a jump on what can be the make-or-break holiday shopping season. Of course, plenty of stores will be open, some as early as 5 or 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving.
