Racine police are asking for the public’s help locating both a stolen car and the thieves who took it.

Officers responded Jan. 13 to the 400 block of Wickham Blvd. for a report of a stolen vehicle. When police arrived, they were told that a white, Chevy Impala with license plate 403-WPL was taken.
