The Mount Pleasant Planning Commission is expected to approve Wednesday the site plan for Racine Toyota’s new space near I-94.
Located just west of Burger King, 13348 Washington Avenue, the new location is an estimated $5.5 million investment, according to a story in The Journal Times.
The dealership’s new address is expected to be 13350 Kilbourn Drive.
In January 2014, Gentile Auto was sold to Jim Bozich of Bull Valley, IL, and Mark Geiger of Madison. The sale included the buildings, full car inventory of new and used automobiles, buildings and customers of the dealerships in Mount Pleasant at both 6801 and 9501-03 Washington Avenue, the story continues.
Racine Toyota is expected to take up 32,000 square feet on eight acres at its new site.
