The Racine Police Department welcomed three new officers Friday.

Officers Todd Lauer, Jeffrey Nikolai, and Zachary Quever Friday officially graduated from the police academy after 15 weeks of training. Newly minted officers spend six months with their training officers; two months on each shift.
