RAYMOND – County Highway U near Two Mile Road has fully reopened to traffic after a project to replace a culvert was completed.

The stretch of Highway U between Highway 20 and Highway K was shut down in June because of a failing culvert and road safety concerns, according to a press release by Racine County.

County U reopened to local traffic only in early October while some wrap-up road work remained. All construction activity has now been completed.
