Custom Painted Vehicles purchased a 33,000 square foot building in Franksville for $1.495 million from MAE Racine LLC.

Currently located at 4325 S. 27th St, Custom Painted Vehicles closed on the new property on Friday. Their new location will be at 4234 Courtney Rd., which is triple the size of their current facility. Custom Painted Vehicles does work for Case IH, New Holland, Harley-Davidson, Yamaha, and 100s of motorcycle dealership locations nationwide.

“Relocating within the same business park greatly expedites the move, and will eliminate any loss of production time for our current paint and graphic programs.” said Steve Wright, co-owner of Custom Painted Vehicles.

The company specialize in airbrushing, graphic paint design and application, motorcycle paint and repair, and promotional vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics. The new building has a 5.5 acre lot the company plans to store vehicles.

“We’ve been very fortunate to have enjoyed steady growth over the past few years,” Wright said. “And we’ve been leasing additional warehouse space. Purchasing this new building puts all of our employees under one roof, greatly improving production efficiencies and allowing for additional programs and a really cool customer experience.”

The move is expected to happen gradually between Nov. 1 and June 30.
