Jim Popp, President and CEO of Johnson Financial Group announced today that Denise Domian has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Domian will join Johnson Financial Group’s executive leadership team reporting directly to Popp.
“Denise has extensive experience working in dynamic, complex organizations. She also understands the importance of business transformation and the impact it has to the heart of an organization – its people,” said Popp. “I am confident that her
leadership style and thoughtful demeanor will help Johnson Financial Group to attract, develop and engage the very best talent for our company.”
With more than 20 years of experience leading Human Resources functions, Ms. Domian was most recently CHRO at Shopko Stores. Prior to Shopko, she spent 20 years in HR functions at the Bon-Ton Stores.

A resident of Milwaukee, Domian has a BBA from Walsh University, North Canton, Ohio, where she serves on the board of directors. Also an active member of the Milwaukee community, Domian is a member of the Victory Garden Initiative.
