The Milwaukee chapter of the eWomenNetwork Foundation is pleased to announce its 2019 Emerging Leader Finalist. An awards package was given to Jessica Omelian, Emerging Leader Finalist for the Milwaukee area. Jessica is one of 11 young women across North America that was sponsored by local eWomenNetwork Chapters that competed in the 2019 International Femtor Awards.
The award will be presented during the Foundation’s International Femtor Awards Ceremony on August 2, during the eWomenNetwork Entrepreneur Conference and Business Expo in Dallas, Texas. Finalists for the Emerging Leader award are gifted with travel, hotel accommodations, and full complimentary Conference registration to support their ability to expand their network of resources. Foundation sponsors also provided in-kind donations to round out the awards package.
“We’re thrilled to be able to sponsor a young woman who represents the best and brightest in our area and award her accomplishments” says Jamie Shibley, Managing Director for the Milwaukee chapter of eWomenNetwork.
The eWomenNetwork Foundation Emerging Leader Program reaches out to young women between the ages of 22-29 who are already demonstrating excellence in the areas of academics,
entrepreneurship, and philanthropy. Our aim is to seek out the “bright and the bright eyed” and recognize them for their accomplishments and commitment, particularly as it relates to an ethic of integrating giving back into their professional pursuits.
