Case High School graduate Dominic Ricchio will make a splash on the world swimming stage – or pool – when he competes for the U.S. at the World Deaf Swimming Championships in San Antonio, TX.
Competition begins August 17 and runs through the 22nd, and a total of 24 countries will be represented.
Ricchio is a 2014 graduate and attends Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, and is a member of the swim team there.
He will swim in the 200- and 400-yard freestyle events as well as the 100- and 200-yard backstroke races.
