Thanks to Emily Neubauer from Racine Unified School District for supplying us with photos and information about this great annual event at McKinley Middle School.
“Every eighth grade student was challenged to come up with a topic they felt passionate about. From there, students were asked to turn their idea into vehicles to impact other people’s lives in a positive way,” she told Racine County Eye. “The students work really hard on these projects and its evident as soon as you walk in the room.”
Love what we do?
In addition to our education features, we’ll be kicking off a series of stories highlighting how parents, students, and educators are adapting to the impact of COVID-19 on education. If this is important to you, please consider donating to our education reporting fund. https://business.facebook.com/donate/1846323118855149/3262802717172659/
