The former Racine Unified School District administrative offices located at 2220 Northwestern Avenue are set to be auctioned off this month.

The district no longer owns the property. They sold it to KHK Holdings in 2011 for $500,000. Illinois-based Hilco Real Estate will auction the property off on Nov. 17 and Nov. 18 for Florida-based MFGI 239 LLC, the company that owns the property.
