RACINE – Free back-to-school haircuts will be available to anyone age 17 and younger at The Main Project, 1014 State St., from 12 to 5 p.m. this Thursday (Aug. 26).
Basic cuts linings and trims will be given. All children will be served a free hot dog lunch and can pick up school supplies donated by Amazon.
The event is sponsored by Higher Expectations of Racine County in partnership with Knapp Parent Leaders and The Main Project Community.
