The new year is just 75 hours and 40 minutes away as we write this post, and it’s probable that readers need plans. We’ll update this list as we get more information, but for now, here’s where you’ll find the fun:

The Pink Magnolia, 240B Main Street, (262) 898-1811:  Call for reservations. Special NYE menu includes appetizers and seven specialty entrees.

Racine Marriott, 7111 Washington Ave., (262) 886-6100: Couples packages for $259 include early check-in and late check-out; cocktails starting at 6:30 with open bar; dinner at 7:30; DJ dance party until 1 a.m. and midnight countdown with champagne. Family packages for $199 (up to 5 per room); early check-in and late check-out; dinner buffet; sundae bar, face painting, magic show; parade and family-friendly countdown at 10 p.m.
