Racine Marriott, 7111 Washington Ave., (262) 886-6100: Couples packages for $259 include early check-in and late check-out; cocktails starting at 6:30 with open bar; dinner at 7:30; DJ dance party until 1 a.m. and midnight countdown with champagne.
