Help local boy scouts honor fallen vets by purchasing a holiday wreath that will be laid on the graves at Southern Wisconsin Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.

Local Boy Scout Troop 222 is embarking on their annual wreath sale to lay on the graves of fallen soldiers, but this year, they’re getting an assist from the company that supplies the wreaths.

Northwoods Wreaths is headquartered in Lake Forest, IL, and was founded by Wisconsin native Andy Barrie. For every $21 wreath purchased, Northwoods will provide a wreath.

“For every wreath purchased a company has agreed to match with another, so your purchase has the effect of honoring two veterans,” Scoutmaster Sean Waiss said.

Scouts will lay the wreaths on Dec. 3.
