A heroin dealer was arrested Thursday after someone overdosed on heroin he sold them in the bathroom of a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Racine Police found a man overdosing in the bathroom Feb. 10 at the restaurant located on 5880 Durand Ave., and revived him with Narcan. The man told the officers where he purchased the heroin and showed them text messages he had with Joshua D. Hudy, 26.

Officers executed a search warrant on Wednesday at Hudy’s home on the 400 block of Luedtke Avenue. Hudy wasn’t there at the time, but officers located a bindle of heroin, hundreds of needles and syringes, cotton balls, cooking cups, tourniquets, pipes and numerous Narcan kits.

Hudy was later arrested, and is being charged with first degree recklessly endangering safety, delivering heroin and possession of cocaine, narcotic drugs, and paraphernalia.

Racine County Court Commissioner John Bjelajac set a cash bond for $25,000.
