A strong thunderstorm and high winds are expected to hit Walworth, Racine and Kenosha counties, according to the National Weather Service. A special weather statement was issued at 8:29 p.m. Storms are located over Sturtevant and moving east at 40 mph. Winds are expect to be in excess of 30 mph. Heavy rainfall is also expected and may cause some flooding. Residents are warned not to drive through flooded roadways. At 8:47 p.m. reports of 90th St. and Corliss Ave. were flooding.
