Nonprofit Mission and Vision Statements
The Junior League of Racine, Inc is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. The Junior League of Racine will grow through and be recognized for focused efforts on projects and programs that enhance the wellbeing of children and for providing a legacy of trained volunteers.

Every year the Junior League of Racine gives back to the community through participation in the Special Aid Grant Program. These funds are given to those programs that align with the Junior League’s mission. The Junior League of Racine also awards a $1000 scholarship to a local female that lives in Racine County and attends a Racine County high school who demonstrates a commitment to voluntarism. Some of our recent Community Impact Projects include Knapp Elementary Community School Born Learning Trail, Women’s Resource Center and Cops ‘N Kids
