Kay attended St. John Nepomuk Grade School and William Horlick High School. She was currently employed as a baker at Festival Foods and loved decorating cakes. Above all she was a loving mother and grandmother who treasured time spent with her family.
She will be dearly missed by her daughters, Samantha Rodriguez (Manuel Perez), Cecilia Rodriguez, Carmen Rodriguez; her stepchildren, Angel Rodriguez, Gina (Kyle) Arb; her grandchildren, Jayen and Manuel Perez, David and Charles Arb, Sienna, Angel Jr. and Amiaya Rodriguez; mother, Mary Ann Foxcroft ; her father, Thomas Friso; sisters and brothers, Ann Marie (David) Petersen, Thomas (Deborah) Friso, Gary Friso, Jeff Friso, Molly Friso, Shane Foxcroft, Daniel Foxcroft; friend and father of her children, Francisco Rodriguez; nieces nephews, other relatives and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her special grandmother, Catherine Stemmer.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Antony Thomas officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Saturday at the funeral home 2 p.m. until time of service at 5 p.m. Memorials to the family have been suggested.
