A proposed Kwik Trip gas station and convenience store at the northwest corner of Spring Street and Highway 31 was unanimously approved Monday by the Mount Pleasant Village Board.
The 6,000 square foot store will be built just west of the existing old Trautwein schoolhouse building; it’s address will be 4924 Spring Street. Between 25 and 30 new positions – a mix of full- and part-time – will need to be filled to fully staff the new station.
Kwik Trip will be across the street from the recently approved Willkomm Company’s gas station/convenience store/restaurant development.
