The Wisconsin Humane Society is committed to providing care, love, support, shelter and compassion for wild and homeless animals. WHS works to serve the community by rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming thousands of animals each year. They help animals and the people who love them. WHS serves 40,000 animals each year.
What WHS Does
Through WHS people can adopt, foster, locate animals. In addition, training and other medical services are provided. They offer shelter to animals in need, adoption services, veterinary resources, a pet food bank, low-cost spay/neuter, emergency rescue, youth programs, training resources, and more.
The Wisconsin Humane Society provides the assistance that they do to ensure that animals have the best quality of life possible. Their hope is to make a difference in the lives of both animals and people in the community who need help.
