A Racine man is charged with false imprisonment and second-degree sexual assault after a woman he knows said he forced her to have sex with him.

According to the criminal complaint filed in Racine County Circuit Court the woman said she stopped at a house where Austin Hillis had been hanging out with friends. When she arrived, she said he sent his friends away, then kissed her without her permission, pushed her onto a couch and began touching her.

The woman said she told him to stop and started crying, the complaint states, but he picked her up and carried her to a bedroom, where he took off her pants and raped her.

Hillis spoke to police and admitted she had said no at least a dozen times, and never said yes, the complaint states. He also admitted sending his friends away because he was afraid what they might do if they saw him with her. He also told police he knew she was upset when she left, but did not understand why.

Hillis is being held in the Racine County Jail on a $2,500 bond.
